1. Who we are
This website is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Liudmila Khilko (Identification Code 155618177), Batumi, Georgia, under the brand conveyro.agency (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- optionally, your phone number or messenger username and preferred contact method;
- optionally, the description of your project;
- technical context of the request: the page you submitted from, the referring website and advertising parameters (such as UTM tags or ad click identifiers) if you arrived via an ad;
- your country as detected by our hosting provider and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated automated submissions.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and prepare a proposal, on the basis of your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
- To understand which marketing channels bring inquiries, on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring our own marketing (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months after our last communication, unless it becomes part of a contract, in which case it is kept for as long as the law requires.
5. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run this website, acting on our instructions. Hosting, storage of form submissions and delivery of notification emails are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) under its Data Processing Addendum, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Notifications are delivered to our Google (Gmail) inbox.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, request data portability and withdraw your consent at any time using the contacts in section 1. We process personal data in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, for visitors from the EU/EEA, the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
This website currently does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
